Mahindra has unveiled three new variants of the updated XUV400 in India. The new Pro model is available at an initial price of INR 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for the new electric SUV range will commence tomorrow at 2 p.m. for a token amount of INR 21,000. The introductory price of the SUV is only valid until May 31, 2024.

The auto giant will begin deliveries of the SUV on February 1st, 2024. The EC Pro variant is priced at INR 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom), while the EL Pro comes at a price of INR 16.74 lakh (ex-showroom). The EL Pro variant, on the other hand, is priced at INR 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The new electric SUV gets an updated cabin with a new dashboard. The XUV400 gets a new digital instrument cluster and 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, both measuring 26.04 cm. The automaker has added the AdrenoX connected car system to the new SUV. It has over 50 connected systems.

The 2024 Mahindra XUV400 Pro comes equipped with dual-zone automatic climate control along with rear AC vents, a rear USB port to charge mobile phones, and a rear wireless charger. The infotainment system equipped in the XUV400 also supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The brand will add these two features via an over-the-air firmware update in the upcoming months.

The updated XUV400 Pro comes with a new Nebula Blue exterior color option. The automaker has also integrated a shark-fin antenna into the SUV. Inside the cabin, the SUV gets a twin-tone theme of light black and gray paint. The control knobs get satin-copper accents, vent bezels, and a shift lever with blue backlighting. The seats are covered in perforated leatherette upholstery with copper stitching.

The EC Pro variant comes with a 34.5 kWh battery and a 3.3 kW AC charger. The EL Pro has a 39.4 kWh battery and 7.2 kW AC charger, while the EL Pro has a 34.5 kWh battery and 7.2 kW AC charger.
