Aston Martin has unveiled its second next-generation Vantage sports car. The century-old British sports car manufacturer claims that the Vantage is the most driver-focused and fastest model in its lineup. The new car gets a significant power boost and chassis revisions. The company has updated the Aston Martin Vantage after six years. The new design gives the car a sportier look. The automaker is expected to reveal the updated Vantage in India in the second half of this year. The British manufacturer unveiled the DB12 in the Indian market last year. The DB12 is available at a price of INR 4.59 crore (ex-showroom).

Inside the cabin, the dashboard of the sports car has been overhauled. Just like the DB12, it also comes loaded with a new 10.25-inch infotainment system with many switches and physical buttons. As a standard, it gets an 11-speaker, drive modes, wireless phone charging, and a 390-watt audio system, whereas as an option, it gets a 15-speaker, 170-watt system from Bowers and Wilkins.

Underneath the hood, the Vantage is powered by an upgraded 4.0-litre dual-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 656 bhp and 800 Nm of peak torque. The V8 engine in the new model provides 30 percent more power than the standard model. For transmission duties, it gets a rear-mounted eight-speed AT transmission unit. The new model comes with a claimed range of 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.4 seconds, and it can acquire a high speed of 325 kmph. The automaker is offering the Vantage with a new adjustable traction control system and launch control system that further improves the car’s acceleration.

The Aston Martin Vantage will come equipped with 21-inch alloy wheels that are wrapped in bespoke Michelin Pilot Sport 5 S tyres (275/35 front and 325/30 rear). Standard brake discs are made of cast iron, and optional carbon ceramic brakes reduce unsprung weight by 27 kg.

The automaker has not made many significant changes in terms of the new car’s style and design. The most noticeable changes are at the front, as the 2025 Vantage has Matrix LED headlights and a bigger front grille, making it look like the outgoing DB12. The new sports car comes with larger tailpipes and a wider rear bumper.
