Triumph Motorcycles India, a UK-owned motorcycle manufacturer, has launched the 2024 Tiger 900 adventure range after showcasing this model at India Bike Week in November 2023. The updated Tiger 900 lineup includes two variants: GT and Rally Pro. The Rally Pro is priced at INR 15.95 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Tiger 900 GT comes at a price of INR 13.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Both Tiger 900 variants have the same design and powertrain.

The Tiger 900 Rally Pro is available in six riding modes: Rain, Road, Sport, Off-Road, Rider Configurable, and Off-Road Pro. On the other hand, the Tiger 900 GT variant has four riding modes: Off-Road, Sport, Road, and Rain. Triumph has added extra equipment to the Rally Pro trim, including illuminated switches, a centre stand, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and engine protection guards.

Triumph is offering the 2024 Tiger 900 range with a 7-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity that enables turn-by-turn navigation, traction control, SMS alerts, emergency braking warning lights, LED illumination, and cornering ABS. The Triumph Tiger 900 range comes with a new design language with its twin LED headlamps and aggressively designed side fairings.

Powering the 2024 Tiger 900 lineup is an 888-cc liquid-cooled, three-cylinder engine that generates peak power of 106.5 bhp at 9,500 rpm and a torque of 90 Nm at 6,850 rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox along with a slip-and-assist clutch. The Rally Pro houses a quickshifter, while the GT model misses out on this feature.

The Tiger 900 GT rolls on 19-inch and 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends with Metzeler Tourance tyres. It rides on a Marzocchi monoshock and an adjustable 45 mm USD Marzocchi fork at the back. The Rally Pro has 17-inch rear and 21-inch front spoke wheels with Bridgestone Battlax Adventure tyres. At the rear, it gets a Showa 45 mm USD front fork and monoshock, with 230 mm and 240 mm of wheel travel, respectively. Braking duties are done by a Brembo Stylemas on both variants.

Additionally, the British automaker is also offering over 50 Triumph accessories in three packs: Trekker, Protection, and Expedition. The Triumph Tiger 900 range will be competing against the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, Honda Africa Twin, BMW F 850 GS, and the recently launched Aprilia Tuareg 660 in the segment.
