Yamaha India has rolled out the FZ-X Hybrid Street motorcycle in the Indian market with advanced tech features. The auto giant is offering this retro-designed street bike with better performance, daily usability, and improved fuel efficiency. The Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid bike price in India starts at INR 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Yamaha continues to offer a standard, non-hybrid FZ-X bike in India at an ex-showroom price of INR 1.29 lakh.

On the feature front, the Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid comes equipped with new amenities like a 4.2-inch full-color TFT display that allows smartphone pairing with the Yamaha-Connect app. The 4.2-inch screen offers intersection warnings and turn-by-turn directions integrated with Google Maps. The 2025 Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid features a two-level seat fit for long-distance comfort.

Yamaha continues to offer the street bike with its original metal bodywork and neo-retro styling. However, there’s a new tank embellished with the standard Yamaha logo. The motorcycle is loaded with 7-step adjustable Monocross, a Traction Control System (TCS), a diamond frame, and single-channel ABS.

Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid Specifications

In terms of specifications, the FZ-X Hybrid draws power from a 149-cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is tuned to produce power of 12.2 bhp at 7,250 rpm and peak torque of 13.3 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The company is offering the new bike with a hybrid engine system that features a Stop & Start System (SSS) and a Smart Motor Generator (SMG), which assist the engine during low-speed acceleration. The new street bike can easily handle rough terrain and is fit for city driving. It continues to come equipped with a five-speed manual transmission unit.
