Piaggio India has launched the Vespa Racing Sixties Special Editions in the country. The Racing Sixties have been introduced in 125cc and 150cc at prices of Rs 1.20 Lakhs and Rs 1.32 Lakhs (Both prices are Ex. Showroom, Pune), respectively. Being unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 in Greater Noida in February, the duo can be booked at the company's digital sales platform at a token amount of Rs 1000 with benefits worth Rs 2000. The BS6 compliant Vespa Racing Sixties will be available at all Vespa dealerships across the country.

The Racing Sixties duo flaunts the colour theme of 1960s racing machines - red graphics with a tinge of gold on pristine white body colour and golden 5 spoke Petal alloy wheels. It gets matte black finish on several elements such as the rear-view mirrors, grab handle and footrests, the front and rear light applique and the muffler cover. Being based on an advanced Monocoque full steel Body, the special editions comes with several unique features such as 3 coat body colours, Crystal Illumination LED headlight, Center integrated Daytime Running extra bright beam light, USB mobile charging port and Boot light. It also features an Anti-lock braking system or combined braking system with twin pot calliper disc brake as standard.
