Triumph Motorcycles launched the 2024 Daytona 660 in the Indian market on September 29, 2024. The all-new Daytona 660 is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 9,72,450. It is perfectly suitable for both track use and city riding. Triumph unveiled this new edition a few months ago. Bookings for the Daytona 660 also commenced last month. In its segment, the Daytona 660 rivals the likes of the Aprilia RS 660 and the Kawasaki Ninja 650.

The Daytona 660 version was previously sold as the Daytona 675, but due to stricter emission norms, the company had to halt production. However, the Daytona model is now available in a new form with a range of advanced features and a robust engine.

The all-new Daytona 660 comes equipped with a range of amenities, including a TFT display with 'My Triumph' connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, LED headlamps up front, split seats, traction control, twin underbody exhaust, and ABS control. It has three riding modes: Sport, Rain, and Road. Triumph is offering the Daytona 660 in three color schemes incorporating a Satin Granite with Satin Jet Black, a Snowdonia White with Sapphire Black, and a Carnival Red with Sapphire Black.

The Triumph Daytona 660 draws power from a 660-cc inline, three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The unit is paired with a six-speed with slip and assist clutch. It can churn out power for 94 bhp at 11,250 rpm and 69 Nm of peak torque at 8,250 rpm.

The Daytona 660 receives a tubular steel frame along with a dual sided swingarm. Suspension duties are done by 41 mm Showa forks that are positioned upside down at the front and a monoshock with preload adjusted at the back. The motorcycle receives dual 310 mm floating discs at the front, and at the back, it gets a 210 mm disc. It rolls on 5-spoke cast aluminum wheels.
