Royal Enfield, an Indian multinational motorcycle manufacturing brand, has launched the Shotgun 650 in Canada and the USA. The two-wheeler giant is widening its reach in international markets by unveiling new products. Recently, the company has also launched the Indian-spec Royal Enfield Bullet 350 in Japan. The bobber-styled factory-custom Shotgun 650 is placed below the Super Meteor 650 bike in the brand's motorcycle lineup, which is visible in its pricing as well.

In the US market, the Super Meteor 650 motorcycle comes at a price of $6,999, and in Canada, it is priced at CAD 9,599. In the Indian market, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 comes at a price range between INR 3.59 lakh and INR 3.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 has been underpinned on the same platform as the Super Meteor 650. The motorcycle is powered by a 648-cc parallel-twin air/oil-cooled powertrain, which is fixed to a tubular spine frame. The unit can churn out peak power of 46.3 bhp at 7,250 rpm and maximum torque of 52.3 Nm at 5,650 rpm. The unit is paired with a 6-speed gearbox for transmission duty.

The made-in-India Shotgun 650 comes loaded with Showa upside-down forks at the front and shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycle has disc brakes up front and rear for braking duty. It also features twin-channel ABS that enhances riding safety.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 comes with a flat handlebar, a floating single-piece seat, and mid-set footpegs. The bike gets a pillion-attachable seat as one of the motorcycle's 31 authentic accessories. The Shotgun 650 has peashooter-style exhausts, shorter fenders, and centralized mass for improved agility. The automaker is offering the Shotgun 650 in four color schemes: Plasma Blue, Green Drill, Sheetmetal Grey, and Stencil White.

The two-wheeler giant has been working to increase its share of the worldwide market over the past few years. The motorcycle maker has been growing both its dealership network and product lineup to expand its reach in the global market. As of now, Royal Enfield retails ten distinct motorcycles in the United States market. These models include the Meteor 350, Himalayan, Continental GT 650, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Scram 411, Bullet 350, and others.
