The Lamborghini Temerario has just hit the Indian roads as the second High-Performance Electric Vehicle (HPEV) from Lamborghini in India.
This hybrid super sports car has replaced the iconic Huracan here. It offers a thrilling and engaging experience with a blend of a high-performance V8 engine and the efficiency, plus added power of its hybrid system.
It is priced at Rs. 6 crore (ex-showroom) and directly competes with other high-performance hybrid supercars like Ferrari 296 GTB, McLaren 750S and potentially, the McLaren Artura.

This supercar starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 6 crore, and the official bookings for the Temerario have started at Lamborghini dealerships across India.
Lamborghini Temerario exterior and interior design
The Temerario has an aggressive design with strong aerodynamic elements. It has a sharp, low-slung nose with a prominent lower lip spoiler and a distinctive hexagon-shaped.
The roofline and side panels have a more mature and curvaceous design than the Huracan. The rear features a prominent diffuser for enhanced stability. The transparent engine hood shows the powerful V8 hybrid engine.
The interior design is inspired by a fighter jet's cockpit with a low driver seating position and ergonomic controls. It features a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch vertical touchscreen infotainment system, and an optional 9.1-inch passenger display.
It has 18-way power-adjustable comfort seats with heating and ventilation, and it also has increased headroom and legroom compared to the Huracan.

The 2025 Temerario is a significant shift and upgrade for the brand as it embraces hybrid technology for enhanced performance and efficiency.
Engine
It features the Lamborghini's first 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine. It also has a "hot-vee" configuration for better packaging and thermal management.
The ICE produces an exceptional 800 bhp between 9,000 and 9,750 rpm. The redline (max safe speed) is mind-blowing 10,000 rpm.
Hybrid System
Temerario's hybrid powertrain combines the V8 engine with 3 electric motors and a lithium-ion battery. The first motor is a Rear Axial Flux Electric Motor (P1), and the other 2 motors are Front Dual Axial Flux Electric Motors (E-Axle).
The battery capacity is 3.8 kWh, and it can be recharged via regenerative braking from the front wheels or directly by the combustion engine. Moreover, the onboard charger can fully charge the battery in 30 minutes at up to 7 kW.
Combined Powertrain Output
Overall, this super sports car can deliver up to 920 bhp of power and a torque of around 800 Nm. It is supported by an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT).
It has an electronically controlled AWD, acceleration of 2.7 s from 0-100 km/h, and a top speed of around 340 km/h.
