Mercedes-Benz, when entering into development of luxurious places, is not going to be the only auto giant to enter into residential construction. Although, other players are either already in the play or are entering but can’t compete eye to eye with what Mercedes-Benz is planning to make and they definitely are the players to roar a loud. The German auto manufacturer has joined forces with Dubai-based developer Binghatti for the establishment of a sixty five-storey residential building with each unit offering equivalent luxury just similar to a Mercedes high-end car model. 

The place will officially be known as Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai will have a tower heighted at 341 m from the ground level. Though, this length is not something that could easily compete with the existing skyscrapers in Dubai, the tower isn’t actually lining up to look above other towers. Rather, the keen focus is on developing residential spaces to prospective customers that are pretty much habitual to an opulent lifestyle. And, this is where the branding from Mercedes-Benz will come into its play.

The residential tower or the Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai will contain 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units. It will also contain 5 penthouses on the top of the tower. The tower will also comprise sports & wellness zones, non-automotive retail spaces, lounges, and restaurants. 

But, Binghatti, Dubai-based developer hasn’t officially shared much details about the living spaces in particular other than the fact that the place will for sure get a separate charging space for electric vehicles, automated valet parking, and facility to opt chauffeur services. 

Mercedes-Benz is quite globally famous- and for the past 10 years specifically been known for its luxurious vehicles. However, in order to bolster their brand positioning, automakers have frequently partnered with real estate developers on both residential and commercial projects. Deepening one's connection with the world's affluent is the goal, whether it be through properties modeled after Lamborghinis in Spain, hotel suites with Porsche themes in Atlanta, or even homes with Aston Martins in New York.
