Kia India has unveiled two new automatic variants of the Seltos mid-size SUV, the HTK+ diesel AT and the HTK+ petrol CVT. The latest additions are available at a price of INR 16.90 lakh and INR 15.40 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. Previously, the Seltos petrol CVT version came only in the HTX trim, which is priced at INR 16.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The new HTK+ petrol CVT version is INR 1.20 lakh more affordable than the HTX variant. Similarly, the newly introduced Seltos HTK+ diesel AT variant is INR 1.30 lakh cheaper than the previous HTX. These price moderations have made the latest models more appealing to potential customers who are looking to purchase budget-friendly AT vehicles.

The Seltos HTK+ versions come loaded with several updated features, like 16-inch alloy wheels, LED DRLs, an engine start-stop button, automatic climate control, and a smart key. They also boast a rear defogger, cruise control, rear wiper and washer, steering-mounted controls, and electrically adjustable ORVMs. For an enhanced driving experience, the auto marque is also offering an 8.0-inch touchscreen system that features wireless phone projection.

The new Seltos models also miss out on some features that were available in the previous HTX variants. These features include a panoramic sunroof, a soft-touch dashboard, a 10.25-inch screen with wireless phone projection, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, dual-zone climate control, LED headlamps, a flat-bottom steering wheel, voice recognition, and ambient lighting.

Kia recently announced a price surge of 3 percent across its lineup in the Indian market. The price cut will be implemented on April 1, 2024. The company has attributed the price surge to the escalation of supply chain and commodity prices. This is the company's first pricing change of the year.
