Mahindra & Mahindra has revealed the changes in their two new special "Bold" editions: the Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo Bold.

Both the Bolero and Bolero Neo have been on the market for a while. The Bold Editions will now offer cosmetic enhancements to make them look more contemporary and attractive to potential buyers.

Bolera is popular in India and has a loyal customer base. Its robust, body-on-frame construction makes it well-suited for tough terrains and heavy usage, both in rural and semi-urban areas.

These "Bold" editions have an expected price range of Rs. 11 lacs to 12.80 lacs (ex-showroom). The Bolero Bold model will compete with the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus.

The Bolero Neo Bold model will compete with the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Nissan Magnite, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Maruti Suzuki Jimny.

Mahindra Bolero Bold Editions expected launch date

Mahindra has not officially announced any specific launch date for their 2 Bold Editions.

Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition updates

The upcoming Bold Edition gets only the aesthetic upgrades. Front grille, fog lamp surrounds, spare wheel cover, and rear air vents get the dark chrome detailing.

The tailgate and the rear fenders get the special badging of "Bold Edition."

Inside, the cabin features an all-black theme, such as seats woven in black upholstery. The steering wheel also gets a new premium look as it is now wrapped in leatherette.

This model retains the 1.5-liter diesel engine of the standard Bolero edition, which produces 74.9 bhp and 210 Nm of torque with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
