Toyota has rolled out its 2024 Corolla Cross facelift in the international market. The facelift is a new addition to the famous small crossover segment. Initially, the same car was revealed in Thailand. The latest Corolla Cross model comes with several improvements, starting with exterior design updates, new interior features, and better ergonomics. The 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross facelift comes with noticeable variations, including a redesigned front fascia, which sets it apart from the previous model.
Toyota has also changed the headlights, mainly for better trim levels. The front bumper of the Corolla Cross gets more prominent corners, which enhances the facelift’s visual appeal and uniqueness. The 2024 Corolla Cross comes with new wheel designs. The wheel size has been changed from 16 to 18 inches. At the back, the taillights get a new pattern, whereas the bumper equipped in the back has been reshaped to improve the overall appearance of the car. The GR Sport trim comes in the original design language, maintaining its different identity within the portfolio.

Earlier, it was anticipated that the automaker would offer the new Corolla Cross facelift with the same appearance as the Japanese or Australian versions. However, the version unveiled for the ASEAN market is unique. The new model sheds the original front grille, and it now has a circular nose and a slim light bar. The front bumper now has many small perforations to provide the required airflow to the powertrain, offering the new facelift a different and new aesthetic.
To provide comfort and convenience to its customers, Toyota has made improvements inside the cabin as well. The Corolla Cross gets an updated electronic parking brake system fixed on the centre console; this provides extra space for the driver's feet. Additionally, the higher-spec models come equipped with a redesigned fully digital instrument cluster. The Thai-spec model, on the other hand, gets a larger touchscreen display, which offers a better user experience and functionality.
Under the hood, engine options remain the same as the older model. Powertrain options include a 1.8-litre petrol engine and a hybrid variant. Whereas the ASEAN version may not get the 3-motor 2.0-litre option available in the US version. The petrol engine churns out 138 Bhp and 172 Nm of torque, whereas the hybrid trim makes 120 Bhp combined and 142 Nm.
