BYD India has finally rolled out the 2024 Atto 3 electric SUV in the Indian market after teasing this model for weeks. The EV manufacturer first introduced the Atto 3 EV in India in 2022. After the recent update, the new electric car is available at an introductory price of INR 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it INR 9 lakh cheaper than the previous top-spec model. Bookings for the Atto 3 are currently open for a token amount of INR 50,000, while deliveries are expected to start in the coming weeks.
The MY2024 Atto 3 EV is available in three variants: Dynamic (base), Superior (top), and Premium (mid). The Dynamic variant is priced at INR 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Premium variant is available at INR 29.85 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Superior trim continues to be priced at INR 33.99 lakh (ex-showroom). In its segment, the Atto 3 gives tough competition to the likes of the MG ZS EV, Tata Nexon EV, Mahindra XUV 400 EV, Tata Harrier EV, and more.

Both models boast synthetic leather seats and exterior LED lighting. The base Dynamic model rolls on smaller 17-inch alloys, whereas the higher variants stand on 18-inch wheels.
