Bajaj Auto, one of the leading two- and three-wheeler manufacturers in India, has launched the new Pulsar N250 motorcycle for the model year 2024 with a host of upgrades. The 2024 Pulsar N250 comes with new modern technology and hardware. It is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 1.51 lakh. The auto giant is offering the Pulsar N250 in three color schemes: Red, Black, and White.

The N250 motorcycle now features a new digital console along with Bluetooth connectivity, which adds features like call and SMS notifications, signal strength status, phone battery status, and the ability to accept or reject calls via the button on the left switch cube. The bike houses the same instrument cluster, which is also equipped in the newly launched Pulsar N160 and Pulsar N150. The instrument cluster brings features like a gear position indicator, multiple trip meters, a digital tachometer, a distance to empty, and more. The most significant change in the new model comes in the form of 37-mm upside-down front forks, which are endurance-sourced.

The front suspension of the new Pulsar N250 has been updated, with USD forks taking the place of telescopic components. The bike comes equipped with a 140-section rear tyre, traction control, and three ABS modes: road, rain, and off-road. Additionally, the kerb weight of the bike has increased by 2 kg, and it now weighs 164 kg. The N250 is still the heaviest bike in the segment.

Powering the Bajaj Pulsar N250 is a 249-cc air- and oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The unit generates a maximum power of 24.1 bhp at 8,750 rpm and a peak torque of 21.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox, along with an assist and slipper clutch. The updated motorcycle continues to feature a preload-adjustable monoshock at the back. Braking duties are done by a 300-mm disc and a 230-mm disc brake at both ends. The motorcycle retains the same 17-inch wheels integrated into the outgoing model.

The new Bajaj Pulsar N250 comes equipped with new LED DRLs, a bi-functional LED projector headlamp, and a USB charging port. The updated offering will start arriving at the brand’s showrooms in the coming days. Bookings for the new bike are currently open. In its segment, the new Bajaj Pulsar N250 will rival the likes of the Yamaha MT-15, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, KTM 250 Duke, and Suzuki Gixxer 250.
