The bike rides on newly designed alloy wheels while boasting of LED tail-lamp cluster and an all digital instrument cluster. It is offered in two color options: Red-Black & All-Black. The suspension duties are helmed by a 37mm USD telescopic forks at the front while there is multi-step adjustable mono-shock at the rear.

The braking responsibilities are donned by 300mm disc at the front and 230mm disc at the rear with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) as standard safety feature. Bajaj Dominar 250 is powered by a 248.77cc single-cylinder engine which delivers top power of 27bhp at 8500rpm and peak torque of 23.5Nm at 6500rpm. The bike can do the 0-100kmph sprint in merely 10.5 seconds. The front and rear wheel size is same at 17-inches which has been shod with 100/80 tubeless rubber and 130/70 tubeless rubber tyres, respectively. Bajaj Dominar 250 will challenge the likes of KTM Duke 250, Husqvarna Svartpilen 250, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, Yamaha FZ25, Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Honda CBR 250R in the Indian market.
