Suzuki has rolled out the 2024 Ertiga Cruise Hybrid MPV at the ongoing Indonesia International Motor Show 2024 (IIMS). The new model gets a sporty design and a new mild-hybrid engine. The Ertiga Cruise Hybrid comes with sportier aesthetics such as revamped LED DRLs, a front and back under spoiler, an upper roof spoiler, sporty garnish up front and rear bumpers, side body decals, a shorter antenna, and twin-tone alloy wheels.

The auto giant is offering the new MPV in two new color options: Cool Black and Pearl White with Cool Black. The 2024 Suzuki Ertiga manual is available at a starting price of 288 million Indonesian Rupiah (INR 15.3 lakh), while the price for the automatic variant goes up to 301 million Indonesian Rupiah (INR 16 lakh). The new Cruise Hybrid model will be sold alongside the Standard Suzuki Ertiga in Indonesia, whereas the XL6 variant is being sold as the XL7 with a 7-seater layout. As of now, the mild-hybrid powertrain in India is available on the Ciaz cars. The automaker has not confirmed whether it will bring the new model to Indian shores or not.

Inside the cabin, the mild-hybrid MPV comes in grey and black color schemes. It comes equipped with features like cruise control, auto climate control, a MID display, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated cupholders, and whatnot. The Suzuki Ertiga is loaded with safety features like ABS with EBD, ISOFIX anchor seats, dual front airbags, ESP, a reverse camera with parking sensors, and Hill Hold Control for only AT variants.

Powering the Ertiga Cruise Hybrid is a 1.5-litre K15B Smart Hybrid powertrain. The unit now has a bigger 10-ah battery pack that provides better fuel efficiency. The engine continues to generate 103 bhp of power and peak torque of 138 Nm. It is mated to a five-speed manual and an automatic torque converter. On the mild-hybrid version, Suzuki provides a battery warranty of 8-year/160,000 km.
