Honda 2 Wheelers has launched Repsol Editions of Hornet 2.0  and Dio for customers in the Indian market. Repsol Edition Hornet 2.0 is priced at Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurgaon) while the Dio Repsol Edition retails at a price tag of Rs 69,757 (ex-showroom), Gurgaon. Both these two-wheelers are aimed at attracting the racing enthusiasts in the country. The Limited-Edition models get body graphics and orange coloured rims that are said to be inspired from the Repsol Honda racing team. Apart from these enhancements both the motorcycle and scooter remain the same as their standard variants be it in overall design and engine specification. The new Limited Edition Repsol Honda Hornet 2.0 and Dio will be available at the company’s authorised dealerships across the country from this week onwards.

Ltd on the occasion of the launch.


The manufacturer claims Dio to be India’s first moto scooter, it comes with 20 patent applications. Honda Dio Repsol Edition is powered by BS6 compliant 110cc PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine with enhanced smart power (eSP). Additionally, the scooter is packed with features like passing switch, side stand indicator, engine cut-off, engine start/stop switch, external fuel lid, telescopic suspension among many others. It offers a DC LED headlamp along with elements like Combi-Brake System (CBS) with equalizer and 3-step adjustable rear suspension. 

On the other hand. Honda Hornet 2.0 Repsol Limited Edition is powered by a BS6 compliant PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine. The Japanese automaker has equipped the bike with dual petal disc brake and single-channel ABS as standard. The motorcycle stands to provide a LED headlamp with LED winkers and X-Shaped LED tail lights, It boasts of features like engine stop switch, hazard switch, golden upside down (USD) front fork among others. The fully digital display onboard the two-wheeler provides information   such as gear position indicator, battery voltmeter and service due indicator.
