Harley-Davidson has recalled their entry-level offering the Harley-Davidson Street 750 in India due to faulty brake callipers. The recall has been issued silently and it affects the units manufactured from May 2015 to December 2018. The American premium motorcycle maker will replace the faulty callipers free of cost.

The Harley-Davidson Street 750 has not only been recalled in India but also in the global market. These faulty brake callipers are prone to get corroded that might result in poor braking performance. The bike maker is contacting the owners to rectify the issue. This is not the first recall for the Street 750, it was initially recalled for faulty fuel pump seal.

The Street 750 comes with a starting price of Rs. 5.33 lakhs (ex-showroom) in India and is available in 8 colour options. Powering the cruiser bike is a 749cc V-Twin, liquid cooled engine that develops 59 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission. The Harley-Davidson Street 750 is equipped with ABS as standard.
